Why does my Nest say, "Energy Rush Hour"?

During smart thermostat events, your Nest thermostat will display an "Energy Rush Hour" notification. This means that smart thermostat events are active. "Energy Rush Hour" is Nest's name for a smart thermostat rewards event.
