What Rewards do I get for participating?

If you have an eligible smart thermostat, you can receive a $75 bill credit for each smart thermostat you enroll (up to three devices per account) by participating in Santee Cooper Rewards. To thank you for your participation, you'll receive an additional $50 for each year you participate. You’ll receive that reward around the time of your enrollment anniversary.

Example: If you enroll on Feb. 1, 2026, then you will receive a $50 bill credit on one of your first two bills after Feb. 1, 2027.
