What are the eligibility requirements for joining Santee Cooper Rewards?

To participate in Santee Cooper Rewards you must meet the following criteria:

✔ Be an active, residential Santee Cooper customer in good standing.
✔ Have eligible Wi-Fi-enabled smart thermostat in your home. See which brands we support.
✔ Have your Wi-Fi network always turned on.
✔ Have a central air conditioner and/or a heat pump.

    Customer cannot be a Delinquent Account Owner.
    Customer cannot be a Lifesupport Account Owner.
    Customer cannot be a Prepay Account Owner.
